The rules
What the agent cannot change
- 01 It moves a deal only through the playbook’s own steps, the same ones you see on the offer page.
- 02 It never sees the client link. Hereto emails the link to the client’s contact.
- 03 Emailing a client needs the client’s address, typed by you. Publishing prices needs the version number, typed by you.
- 04 Every call, reads included, is in the activity log with the person it acts for.
- 05 Each person connects with their own key, and you can turn any key off.
