These terms cover your use of https://hereto.dev, run by Monsoft Solutions LLC. They do not cover the Hereto product, which will have its own terms.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, overload it, or send the beta form in someone else’s name.
The beta list
Joining the list does not give you access to Hereto or a reserved price. We choose beta studios based on fit and write to you either way.
What we describe
Hereto is in development. Features marked "In development", planned plans and anything described as future work may change or not ship. Prices are not set until we publish them.
Ownership
The Hereto name, the site’s text and its design belong to Monsoft Solutions LLC.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Monsoft Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The laws of Florida, USA apply. Questions: hello@hereto.dev.
