Questions

Questions studios ask

Answers about Hereto: who it is for, payments, signatures, languages and the beta.

  • What is Hereto?

Software that runs a client deal on one private link, from the signature to launch: documents, deposit, payments released when the client approves the work, revision rounds, launch and the monthly plan.

  • Who is it for?

Web and software studios of 2 to 25 people that sell a fixed-scope project, then a monthly plan for hosting, care or support. Freelancers who sell the same way can use it too.

  • Do my clients need an account?

No. Each client gets a private link. Only people with the link can open it, and you can replace it with a new one at any time, which turns the old one off.

  • Does Hereto take a cut of payments?

No. Clients pay into your own Stripe account, by card or bank transfer (ACH). You pay Stripe’s fees.

  • Can my clients use it in Spanish?

Yes. The client page and the emails are in English and Spanish, and the client picks the language. Your contracts show in the language you write them in.

  • Are the signatures binding?

Hereto records each signature with the exact text the client saw, the time and a fingerprint of the document. Whether a contract binds depends on the contract and where you work, so have a lawyer review yours.

  • Does it work with Claude?

Yes. Hereto has an MCP server. Claude can draft, quote and move deals, and some actions need a confirmation you type. Every call is logged with the person it acts for.

  • Who makes Hereto?

Monsoft Solutions, a software studio in Miami, Florida. We built it to run our own client work first.

  • When can I use it?

The beta opens to a small group of studios first. Join the list, tell us how you sell today, and we will write back.
