This policy explains what Monsoft Solutions LLC ("we") collects on https://hereto.dev, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the beta list. The Hereto product will have its own policy.
What we collect
When you join the beta: your name, work email, studio name, studio website, team size, and what you tell us about how you sell today.
When you visit: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, page, time) to run and protect the site. If analytics is turned on and you accept the cookie notice, we also count visits with Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To write to you about the beta, to decide who joins it first, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and the beta form. Resend delivers the beta request to our inbox. Google Analytics counts visits, only after you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Beta requests: until the beta ends, or 24 months, whichever comes first, unless you become a customer. Request logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to take you off the beta list. Write to privacy@hereto.dev.
